MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Crews labored to place out a home fireplace in north Minneapolis on Thursday afternoon.
The Minneapolis Fireplace Division says after they arrived at a two-story residence on the 3300 block of Emerson Avenue North, they discovered “heavy fireplace” displaying.
A lot of the fireplace was extinguished by 3 p.m.
Two folks with burns have been evacuated from the home and have been transported to a close-by hospital.
MFD says they referred to as a second alarm for extra employees and further tools because of the extreme warmth.
